Great for a group, the location is excellent.

Have stayed before - great location, very clean, great sized rooms with good facilities.

It’s such a shame that check in is so late and that there was very little flexibility with a late checkout, especially as the hotel didn’t appear to be full.

Good place, definitely value for money, I may stay there next time

Nice and quiet internal area with swimming pools. Good breakfast and dinner with various meals (we had a half board). Close to the sea. It is a big room with its own kitchen (with all the required stuff). 2 bathrooms in 1 bedroom apartment.

The furniture in the room is slightly old. Parking (in the hotel) costs 20 EUR. But if you want you can part on the screen near the hotel

Great hotel, lovely facilities, good value (for Marbella) - but currently a wasps problem

The restaurant buffet was excellent, it really exceeded our expectations. There was a great range of food set out for breakfast teamed with the foods that were cooked freshly for you which was a great addition to the offering (including eggs etc). We only opted for bed and breakfast, but we ate at the hotel for one evening, which was a cheap price and again was an excellent selection and great quality. The lunch menu was fantastic as well, we had lunch by the pool a few times and again fantastic quality. The pool was lovely as well, far more space around the pool than I thought there was from the pictures. Plus there was none of that rushing to put your towels out in the mornings which we hate! The rooms were fantastic, really spacious apartment. Comfy beds and lovely sized modern bathroom.

There is a real wasps problem at the hotel, we would try to eat on the outside tables for breakfast as we thought it would be nice (also tables inside generally went first). But wasps would immediately swarm us when we were trying to eat. I'm genuinely surprised that we didn't get stung, it made it rather unpleasant if you couldn't nab an inside table. The apartment had AC, which was really efficient in the lounge. But ours didn't seem to feed the bedroom (I'm not sure if this was by design or a fault). Wasn't a huge issue as it wasn't hot and the lounge was off the bedroom so kept it cool enough.

Great Apartment Hotel just outside of Marbella, perfect beach location with restaurants nearby.

Booked this as a much needed family mini break over the New Year. I was a little worried as previous reviews said accommodation was tired. However, we were given an amazing 2 bed apartment with views toward the sea, pool and road. Beautiful sunsets every night and sun kissed in the mornings. Accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean and bathrooms were good size and well kept. The beds were really comfortable. The apartments were not busy when we stayed so noise was not an issue. There was some noise of people coming home late on New Year's eve but that was expected and didn't really disturb us. Perhaps some rugs in the apartments may dampen the sound of people but aside from that I have no complaints. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Facilities: Gym is small but all equipment worked and it was fine for our trip. Indoor pool was a great bonus in Dec/Jan and warm enough for us. There are enough restaurants walking distance from the hotel so we ate locally most nights and had a night at the hotel to watch the flamenco performance. Marbella is a short 10 min drive by car.

Overall we had a great stay. We had dinner at hotel once, the food was ok but was a little underwhelmed by options offered and temperature of the food was warm rather than hot. So we didn't go back. However, there were enough restaurant options around so it was not an issue.

Rooms were clean. Kitchen had all the appliances like kettle, toaster, hob & oven. Water heater was little inadequate for 8 people. Indoor swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi were well maintained.
